Please email us at admin@lockyerbins.com.au within 7 days of the end of your hire period if you are not satisfied with your hire so that we can resolve any issues.

  • Refunds will not be provided if bins are cancelled after delivery.
  • A refund will be provided if cancelled prior to bin delivery.
    • 10% admin fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation prior to delivery.
  • $50 bin relocation fee will be charged if the customer provides the wrong delivery address.
  • Integrated Skip Bin Hire & Recycling will move bins at our cost if delivered to the wrong address as a result of our error.
  • Bins will be moved within 24 hours if placed at the wrong location, regardless of who made the error.
